I've been with my boyfriend a little over a month. We were very good friends before we hooked up. He knew my old boss had a crush on me (as a matter of fact he pointed it out). Last night the old boss asked me out. He is really fun to hangout with but I don't want him or my boyfriend to get the wrong idea. He doesn't know I'm in a new relationship, but he is with someone too. HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO???????????

Your old boss is in a relationship and yet he asked you out? What kind of 'man' does this tell you he is? The moral thing to do is to tell your old boss that you are in a relationship, stop 'hanging out' with him and any other 'man' that you have this type of a relationship with because it's cheating {it's called emotional infidelity}, and start giving your real b/f this type of attention, effort, and energy. What you will end up doing is completely different from this though; I just felt I should let you know what would be morally appropriate within the construct of a sincerely committed relationship.

Bah, don't bother. Guys are jealous almost no matter what, but if you JUST got into a relationship and you're hanging around a dude your boyfriend actually knows, and knows likes you, you're heading for trouble. Don't lead anyone on. I'm sure you have plenty of other nice friends to hang out with that are just as fun as he is :)

What do you think? Does it feel wrong, does your partner agree with this? I wouldn't do it because if you play with fire you will get burn. You might lose them both.
