How to connect the wiring, in a reverse E.L gauge set for a 93 Honda Civic?

I just bought a set of reverse E.L gauges for my car and, they didnt have any instruction on how to connect the wires, can anybody tell me where to get the power source from?, because it has a positive and negative wire, I know the negative will go to ground, but i dont know about the positive.

get the power from the fuse box (driver side).. the easiest way is to take out the original meter set and look for diagram at the back..
(stanby a multimeter/ 12v test light pen, a few 10,15,20amp fuses..)
