Howzit bro!

Sure, you can do the HTML coding yourself using a notepad. If you have Microsoft Word you can just simply type and design your webpage and save it with the'.htm' or '.html' extension. I suggest you use Microsoft Publisher but I RECCOMENT Microsoft FrontPage :)

However if you are a BIG fan of free software, try using Nvu. It is easy to use and downloadable from:
