I'm really worried about my photovoltaic power system it hasn't worked since it started raining three days ago. Does anyone know whats wrong.

well ... u shuld take them off and make them hot using a hair dryer and thenshake off the water ** SHHHAAAKKKE MAARRAACCCAA'SSS SHHAAKKKEE** and yes .. thats all

Since this problem seems to be rain related, one could guess it is a short circuit or blown fuse situation.
Does your inverter have any readouts? If it shows the proper voltage, the panels are OK. If not, there may be a short in the wiring between panels, or a blown DC fuse. On my system that fuse would be in a breaker between the panels and the inverter.

The fuse in the switch between your system and the public utility may be blown.

If you have an "on the grid" type system, there should be a circuit breaker between the voltage inverter, and the main panel box. If you have a stand alone system, then check the fuse by the battery bank.
