Other than not having a shirt on theres not much u can do. Make sure u r in shape with the abs and pecks before u starting showing it off though.

Personally, i think you should go for a (circular) ring piercing rather than a barbel. I think it looks sexier on a guy.
....oh and definitely, it helps to have great abs!
