A lot of phones even though they may be the same brand they can't support the same format. Many times when someone sends you a ring tone or a picture there is a web site that they are automatically stored into then you can down load them from there. Call your service provider and ask them what the web site is.
Good luck

I recently got a Krzr and wanted to load some MP3 ringtones I made. The only way I was able to do this was send an e-mail to my phone with the ringtone as an attachment. Then (and this part is the key to making it work), I open the e-mail, and while the ringtone is playing, press Options and save the sound. The ringtone then gets saved to the My Ringtones section and I was able to set it as my ringer. If you wait too long and the ringtone finishes playing before you try to save, the phone saves the sound to the My Sounds folder instead and you won't be able to set it as a ringtone.

while the Bluetooth is activated on a Motorola telephone it in elementary terms maintains to be in the 'discoverable' mode for 60 seconds i'm afraid, so which you would be able to desire to maintain re-activating it each and every 60 secs, yet whilst quickly as I 'searched' for instruments with my discovery mode activated, it consistently nonetheless suggested there have been none around even with a Nokia sitting suited next to it! This sort of telephone isn't sturdy in case you desire Bluetooth as a significant function!
