Today i found that i had 11 receipts showing that i had paid for products which i had not ordered, which cost up to $128.00. So someone abroad has taken money from me without my notification. I filed the case to paypal. Do they give my money back? AND WHEN DO THEY REPLY? Do you reckon i will get my money back? Has this happened to anyone? I read several cases where people have not recieved there money back. Im worried. They've emptied my account. And that money was for my school travel for the year. Damm. HELP ME,WHAT DO I DO. I DONT WANT TO INVOLVE THE POLICE YET.

hey there honey! you should call paypals customer service line! today i had to call them as im waiting for 150 to go in to my account and the money says its been transfered but it is still not in my account! i dont think anything on this interent is safe!

either call paypal or wait till they contact you before involving the police but make sure they take the matter very serious as its almost like someone using your bank details because your bank details will be on your pay pal account!!!

I've had a few problems with PayPal, but all involved non-receipt of an item purchased on eBay. In each case, PayPal's complaint reporting system got me either the merchandise I ordered, or a full refund. In your case, it appears the funds have been stolen from your account. I doubt that PayPal will be able to get you your money back, but the paper trail their investigation generates may assist the police in their own investigation. You should immediately change your PayPal password, and begin changing it on a regular basis, to protect yourself. Good luck!

Have you checked the actual paypal site itself? Go to www.paypal.com and see if they actually took it. I get false e-mails all the time saying someone bought something with my account. It's a hoax, they want you to freak out and follow the link on the e-mail. This leads you to put in your password and user Id so they can save it and steal it. NEVER follow a link through an email with Paypal or Ebay. Always go directly to the site.

Yes. Paypal emailed me to say they credited me for something I had been charged for but hadn't purchased. They had not credited anything and I finally got tired and gave up. It was not a lot of money but, if they take a little from a lot of people, they end up with a fortune. I wouldn't trust them again.

I set up a paypal account to pay for my winning eBay auctions. Now that I have stopped bidding on eBay, I have had problems with paypal - they will send me emails trying to "verify" my account information, alerting me to say that someone has tried to use my account, etc. I have had two occasions when unauthorized funds were taken from my bank account and I worked with my bank to have them reversed - I put a big red flag on my bank account telling them not to authorize any ACH transactions without checking with me first. Trying to deal with paypal is almost impossible - you can't email them, you can't respond to their emails, so I just protected my bank account and said to hell with paypal.

you were probably sent an email which looked exactly like it was sent from pay pal and you answered. it. Never answer anything unless ;you go to your pay pal account sign in and check your mailbox. any emails like that shoud go to spoof@paypal.com I am pretty sure you will get your money back as pay pal has a gurantee, but it might take some time. and they will want to trace it.
