Like she never wants to hang with me when her other friend is here at school, but when she misses days of school she tries to hang with me.
After school when we get home she calls over here and asks "Can I come over" and i never get to go to her house but anyways when she gets here she wants to play on the computer or watch tv, she never wants to hang with me.
and she lets the other friend look whats in her purse and all that stuff and she wont even let me look at her purse, folder, not even her lip gloss JUST TO LOOK AT IT.
So what do I do about her?
and i know someone is gonna say " Stop being her friend" well i cant i dont know why i just cant.

it seems to me you already know the anwer to your question. i do realize it is very hard for you to turn your back on someone you care about so why not play her game and make her jelous. Find you a new friend. Look for someone at school who you can hang around with. ignore her. i mean if she walks up to you yeah talk to her but act as if it dosent bother you that she has other friends and that she dosent pay attention to you. sit with someone else at lunch. hang out at your locker together. just make other friends so that she will know that you dont just always need her that you can find other friends on your own. She will come around once she sees that your moving on to other friends because your tired of her game. i promise it will work good luck

Yes, you obviously should question rather or not she is friendship material. However, if you find that this is a person you need to keep in your life then you will need to talk to her about it and question her on what the difference is between you and her other friends.
Also, this is a really important life lesson - if you're doing ALL the work in your friendship then she won't do any. If you're doing ALL the work she doesn't need to do any. If you back off a lot... not really give her the cold shoulder but just give her some room... she will take notice and suddenly be a little more giving and perhaps even a better friend for it. Let her call you for a bit, let her come find you at school. Don't be a snob about it. Be nice. But make her do some work since you're the one getting hurt.
However, communication is the key. You should be able to talk to your friend about anything. Just make sure you're calm about it, nice about it, and don't come off sounding judgemental because she will take offense. Tell her the problem and tell her that you would like to fix it.

You might be sort of "addicted" to her, just because she pretends to be a good friend. But the only thing that will make you feel better and less used is by showing her that you really don't care anymore. you can always be her friend, but please don't let yourself be used! Stick up for yourself and make sure she knows that you are better than how she treats you!

i'm not going to say stop being her friend...but she doesn't seem like a GOOD friend...i had a friend like that and we're not friends anymore...do what you feel is right

wow.she is using you girl!! Next time try saying "no" to her it can be hard but its not fair the way she is treating you!!
