I'm not really going to drop out, so don't freak out on me.
I was just thinking after my husband has shelled out several thousand dollars on my college tuition and me less than a year from graduation, wouldn't it be a great April Fools joke to tell him I've dropped out of college to pursue a career in interpretive dance??

I used to drive to work, sit at my desk, call my boss on an outside line and tell him I was sick and wasn't coming in. Then I would take him his coffee. He fell for it every year. I say go for it. But make it look good. I love Fool's Day

Better yet, make a crappy piece of pottery and tell him that you think you have found your calling.
My dad played a joke on my mom when I was little. He put maple syrup on the toilet seat knowing she would sit in it. She was so mad but I will never forget how hard he laughed.

yes, tell him you met a wonderful man that has opened your eyes to the world of interpretive dance, and you just know this is the path your life should be on...he will throw up for sure.
