I want FACTS.
So far the best I can find is that they both have "more than 220 million records sold". Both have won the "best selling female artist in the world. Any other facts that can prove one is "better" than the other?

Both are phenomenal singers. I've seen both in concert and I found Mariah Carey to be the most outstanding because she could just stand there and mesmerize you but Celine did a lot of theatrical stuff.

Mariah hands down who has way more hit songs. Celine's main fan base is in Canada and her song in Titanic and that's it.
