my brother in laws mother died 3 years ago, my brother in laws step father died 10 days ago he had 5 houses which were to be left to his 2 natural daughters from prvious marriage, this woman took care of my brother in laws mother but she fired her because she did'nt trust this caretaker , the lady passed away due to illness, so this caretaker did'nt waste anytime she started careing for this elderly man in the beginning she was going around trying to get power of attorney and finely did the man died she read the will or something and said to the daughters 1/3 of the five house are hers he had money in the bank, pension he had money she says she is the going to administer she has the say so what can his natural daughter do ?? i think she's a vulture from mexico young lady trying to get a good head start

Depends on what state her residence was in. First step - call his attorney, then find the Will and have it probated.

If there was undue influence upon the elderly man who left the will, then the will can be challenged by the other heirs.

That's why will must go through probate, to determine their validity and allow for any legal challenges to them.
