what do they really mean? It means something totally different over in th US.

To be knocked up means having sex and getting pregnant, then we say she's knocked up, or got a bun in the oven lol..... what does it mean in the US?

Well I am English, and I'm still at school as well. At the schools here it usually means like to go over and sleep with someone, or to just generally have sex with someone. Like to 'get knocked up'. I'm not sure if it's the same meaning in the US or what...

in philly the kids say they will "come over and knock up" for you, it means they're comming over knocking on the door to see if their friend can come outside.

Im in the us and yes it means to get ya pregnant , its a
expression to get knocked up is to get pregnant.
