Yes.
I studied voice and piano with the intent to be a public school music teacher. I got married, had babies, that changed everything. Now I work in an office with a degree in business.

has anyone not?? I started out wanting to be an intelligence analyst and by the time I was a grad student I was alreday working in IT and I took the money and ran...now years later (even though I make a pretty good chunk of change) I kind of wish I had stayed true to my heart...but sometimes you need to do what you need to do rather than what you want to do...it's all good.
