I think one's genes, socialization, and life experiences all play a part of what shapes an individual. For this reason I believe all people fall on the dichotomous continuum somewhere in between gay and straight. Although there are classifications I think it is best if you just live life to the fullest potential in this given moment. It does not matter what others think of you. What matters most is this moment in time and who you envision in your future happiness. Good luck with whomever you choose to love. :-)

Hm. I think your attraction to guys is currently being overshadowed by the tumultuous events of your life. And not to sound all lecturish, but 17 is too young to have a child; gay, straight, or bi. I've been with women before, but I always wrapped it up! lol

There are many theories of sexual orientation development. Born gay? Possibly. But that is only one of the biological theories. There are others involving social forces and even the interaction of social forces and biological forces. And at times, sexual orientation can be very fluid in life, especially when we are younger.

I think in your case you were very confused on what you were and probably still are, but there are a lot of people who are not only sure of who they are, but are born having whichever sexual preference they have. There is nothing wrong with being confused, but stop trying to figure out what you used to be and focus on what you are now.

You would be considered bisexual to other people because you have been with guys & girls. You probably dont see yourself being with a guy anymore because you have a kid and you probably love your girlfriend now, so it's different. But yes, bisexuality does exist just like homosexuality and heterosexuality.

You're only 17 and you've been with guys for five years? Since you were 12. Okay..... I don't really think you know what the heck you are. Give yourself time to figure it out.

Damn you were thinking about sex when you were 12? All I thought about was GI Joe and thinking of ways to blow stuff up. Well if you were ever 'with' a guy you have to consider yourself bisexual. Well at one time. But not straight.
