There are probably several products like that available. Problem being, basically they are high priced laxatives. They "cleanse" the body by "expelling" the "contaminants." Translation, they give you diarrhea.
Those commercials that say 70% of our immune system is in our GI system are right. If you "cleanse" (wipe out) the bowel, you expell the good bacteria along with the rest. It can also cause your electrolytes levels to drop. Electrolytes control a myriad of things, including heart rate and rhythm.
If you want to detoxify your body, then you need to eliminate alcohol, drugs, foods that contain additives and the like. It can be done over time, and you will feel better. Like so many things, there is no quick fix. If requires a change in lifestyle.

I would advise you not to try to "detoxify" your body period. Colon cleansing to improve ones health is not based on any science, and some of the preparations to do this can be dangerous, although mainly they are a waste of money.
If you want to improve your health do what you mom told you to do:
Eat your fruits and vegetables
Sleep 8 hours a night
Exercise regularly
Limit yourself to no more than 1 or 2 alcoholic beverages a day
Don't smoke
Good Luck either way.

Colonix is mainly a blend of all-natural psyllium husk with some aloe vera and slippery elm added in. You can use the Colonix package (which comes with a container of the fiber, some tea to promote bowel movements, and capsules, which I believe are to ward off any parasites in the colon). I tried it and it didn't really "do" anything for me. It's basically fiber used to increase/bulk up your bowel movements to sort of clear things out, but you can buy natural psyllium husk (mix a scoop with a large glass of water and drink) at most health food stores for under $10.
Colonix makes some dramatic claims, but nothing outstanding happened for me- good or bad. If you have a very poor diet and eat very little fiber, you might have different results.
