I'm a strong motivator at work but in my personal life not too much, but I can motivate others to make changes.

It all depends. At school I am a motivator, and motivated myself. However, once I get home I need to be motivated.

I am naturally motivated, i can be influenced but its easy when your actually paid to motivate others in your work.
