Yes its very normal. Just make sure you sit down and rest when you get them cuz pregnant women tend to pass out easier if they don't rest! I get them all the time! Its actually one of my only symptoms I've had and I'm almost 14 weeks. Just take it easy when you get them!

It is very normal to feel dizzy. I felt like that in the first trimester and I got the occasional headache too. Dizziness is a common pregnancy symptom.

Don't know if its common, but I am 5 weeks pregnant, and just stood up and walked to the kitchen - when I got there I came over dizzy and thought I was going to faint, although I felt fine after a few minutes. I've had this a few times. So either its common, or you and I are strange!

Very. I was so dizzy during pregnancy I always got up really slow. Your body is going through alot of changes. Be sure to tell your doctor when you go in so they can check your iron. Sometimes this is the cause. Just stay steady, and try not to fall.

I think that is one of the parts of being pregnant. It is like morning sickness...some get it some don't. I never have gotten it. Just be careful while getting up, take your time. Remember nice & easy. You can try putting your head between your knees...that is what my grandma always tells me. Hope you feel better too.

Oh yeah talk to the doctor b/c I think that they can give you something like for motion sickness and that helps with being dizzy too :)

I was dizzy my entire pregnancy with my second. And everything was normal and healthy. Just sit down whenever you feel this way so you don't fall down.

Yes--your blood pressure changes quickly.

It should go away or at least become less noticable in the 2nd trimester, but the 3rd trimester it will be noticable again.

If it gets bad, lie down on your left side.

Yes, before you get up, sit up a little more and wait for a minute or two. I fainted early on, and they told me to do that and to keep like a box of crackers by my bed and eat one before I got up.
