As a writer I can tell you, even for abstract it doesn't make sense. I do like how you kept the words to a minimum but neck is spelled wrong and how does a sandwich make a headache go away?

Okay, pretty good, not very deep, but:
A.)kneck is spelled NECK

B.)Try to make it flow more smoothly
