Tell us about yourself. What are your stengths and weaknesses? Have you worked in retail before? Are you a people-oriented person? Why should we hire you? What do you like about this company and why? What can you bring to this company? If a customer complained about something, how would you handle it? If you had a problem with a co-worker, what would you do?

I worked for Abercrombie for a short while, which is the same company.. they will most likely do a group interview and they will ask everyone the same questions mainly about work experience, why you applied there, what you like about the store, diversity in the workplace and working well with other people were their biggest concerns.
After the interview they will most likely call and tell you whether you get the job or not, if you got the job you will have to attend a group initiation and fill out all of the necessary paperwork.
That was the procedure that Abercrombie followed, Hollister will most likely be the same.
