I'm talking about the series. Not just one version of them. I prefer Pro evo, Whilst my brother prefers fifa. But i think fifa is for button bashers, And he says pro evo is for people that cant play football in real life.
So we decided to let all you lot out there settle this for us.

Ok lets really settle this!
When FIFA came out for the very first time back in the day it completely revolutionised football games - it was the game to have. However over the years it became the same old game after same old game and the game play became dated to most.
Konami eventually came along and made International super star soccer and from that eventually spawned Pro Evolution soccer which again completely reinvented the football game. Pro Evolution soccer easily became the best football game but its last two incarnations (5,6) haven't really been much of an improvement over 4 and its in need of some freshening up.
On the other hand FIFA has just desighned a new enginge which will be used to its potential in the next version.
To sum this up
Winner at the mo and overall so far: Pro Evo!

I peronally prefer Pro Evo.. Its far and away the better game once you get into it. I t take a bit longer to get used to but once you do you really can tell it difference in class:)
Fifa is the button bashers game. So easy to pick up and play which is good in a way for those who dont have the time to master Pro Evo.

Pro evo for me. I used to play fifa but after I got into Pro evo I couldn't play fifa anymore. It just feels wrong.

I used to love fifa you could of called me an addict, but when I played pro 3, from then I could not stop, I bought pro 4, 5, 6 and have never looked back

well i have played both
before fifa was easy at a low level and from fifa 06 its a been a hard game even i a low lvel and in fifa u get challges to complete like score a goal in 1 min and u get points wereas pro evo is a simple game u do get point and u dont have challages to complete u just have to win cups like world cup
its depend wht u like easy and simple game or a bit challaging game

PRO EVO by miles, far better quality game, even tho not many licences it plays 10million times betta than shitty ol fifa. and i am a good player in reali life as well.
