How can a person(s) come to Panama City Beach on vacation and leave with someone's family member---Anybody know a person that came home with a cute little black dog contact me.

If the dog was running loose and didn't have any type of identifiers on it, then yeah, I'd take the poor little thing, too.
We were on vacay in CO years ago and there was a beautiful but scrawny siamese cat that came begging. We ended up taking him home and adopting him out to a relative.
