Ive been with this chick for about 3 weeks now and we have been messing around but we tried to do more the other night and it just didnt work ive never had a problem before any ideas on what i can do

May be you're not in to this girl. If you've never had a problem before and you are only 21 then it's probably because you're not excited.
However, it is common for men to get in to a "slump" sometimes. Don't let this bother you and see if it works itself out. If you are not in a steady relationship, maybe check out someone else and see if it works.

I'm 29 and that has happened to me a few times, starting at your age. For me it is an issue of nerves. I really want to "perform" well and the fear that I won't...well, its a self-fulfilling prophesy.
Generally, it has happened to me at the beginning of a relationship, when I'm still not sure where I stand or where things are going. As I get to know the girl better and grow to respect her more, its easier and easier to get hard. And the sex gets better and better too.
Don't listen to the people who tell you to wait until marriage. 98% of Americans have pre-marital sex. You are perfectly fine doing what you're doing.
PS. Its not necessarily a bad thing to talk about it with the girl.

Probably you were too nervous that you couldn't concentrate on your erection, the more yuo try to do something it just doesn't seem to work, as long as you think in something else, try to relax and enjoy the moment you'll probably do it.

Maybe your conscience is finally getting the best of you, and you realize that sex is for married couples and that the girl you are with you respect so much you are willing to wait until you are married. Just a thought.

i would say perhaps your not into this girl as much as you think you are, if you realy care about her and want her it should be no problem to get a full erection
