For your lips I would suggest putting a concealer on them first then applying your lipstick. That way your natural red lips won't be as prominent. Actually, I think you are very lucky to have such gorgeous natural red lips. Red lips are S-E-X-Y !
For your lashes:
Lancome Definicils
Named the best mascara several years in a row in InStyle magazine's Best Beauty Buys issue, this Lancome Definicils not only lengthens lashes, but won't clump.
This website tells you all of the greatest mascaras from the cheapest to the most expensive. Check it out

try a different colored lipstick
example, try a lighter pink, and really use it until it shows up!
and do you really need the lipstick though?
i think natural red lips are pretty, maybe try not wearing lipstick for a couple of times!

Use XXX volume mascara. That's what they use on me at the modeling agency.
It doesn't sound like you need to use lipstick. Just apply chap stick or Carmex and let your lips go natural.

try L'oreal double extend mascara in black for your eyelashes. and try either warm browns with hints of red so it wont completely cover the color of your lips and make it look too un-natural. i would suggest Estee Lauder. you might also consider a purple berry color.
