How to make a myspace picture comment?

I kno how to use photobucket and get my url, but when I try to add it as a comment I get two dots..

If you are in the persons friends list, there will be an option to add a comment to the picture. Otherwise, I don't believe you can leave comments for the photos. If you are asking how you can leave a comment with a picture in the comment, go to an image hosting site like http://xs.to/ and upload the image. Then after you upload the image, there will be an several options. The one you want is

copy that entire address and post it in the comment.
