Does anyone know about the management program with Bed Bat & Beyond?

I'm thinking of applying for a store management position, but it sounds like you start off as an associate before being promoted to management. Is this true? Anyone who is working/has worked with them please tell me about it!

If you do not have a degree in business management, then you start off as an associate position.
