Tweety, your on the money. Dr. J played his final game against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the eastern conference playoffs in 1987.

I believe Erving's final playoff game was against the Bucks.
EDIT: And, for the record, Erving recorded a double-double in his final regular season game, with 24 points and 11 rebounds against the Washington Bullets and his ex-teammate, Moses Malone. The Sixers won that game 108-102 on April 19, 1987.
