I am looking to move and the only criterion for the move are that the air is fairly clean (not high in allergians), the schools are very good and the neighborhoods are low in crime. does anyone know of any places like this?

Tucson, Arizona - no allergies and clean air
Colorado Springs, CO
Hawaii
and somewhere in Florida.
I read this in Real Simple magazine. Maybe if you go to their website you can find the article.

Near the ocean, San Francisco and San Diego come to mind.
These would meet your other criteria too, but they aren't exactly cheap to live at.
Also Colorado Springs, CO (if you can stand the low oxygen content of the air - elevation 5,950').

Mountains, if you've ever been there, it's the greatest fealing when you step out of that airport or car and just take in a big breath of that nice, fresh mountain air. It smeels and feels so clean

When you come to Pawtucket City.
You may find it very pretty.
But one thing you must beware,
Don't drink the water and don't breathe the air. HaHa
