Calaphon is a good heavy duty one but way-overpriced. Try going into a restaurant supply place and see what they have in commercial grade pots and pans. They sell ones that are made to take a lot of daily abuse and are easily the equivalent of heavily-advertised consumer-grade ones like Calaphon.

calphalon are some of the best a little expensive but you get what you pay for.i have one of their deep frying pans i bought from ginnys about 7 years ago for 70 dollars but i use it all the time,that and my crockpot are the things i value the most in my cookware.good luck!

I like my calphalon. I've only had them about a year or so, but so far they are holding up great!
