If she doesn't get her period when she is expecting it, you can take a pregnancy test. It will tell you if there is a pregnancy or not. You can buy one at your local drug store

Average cycle is 28 days. On average women ovulate on day 14. Many tests can detect pretty accurately 5 days before missed period so that would put it at 9 days after conception. But early detection pregnancy tests tell you that are not super accurate until missed period day which would be 14 days after conception. On average.

2 weeks..at lest with my current pregnacy i found out in two weeks but conceiving and everything is a long process....
