It will happen for now. These are the reasons why:
1. Orton and Edge make money for Vince. With Triple H out, the raw roster doesn't have a lot of talent that can put on an amazing match with the exceptions of Cena, HBK, Jeff Hardy, Johnny Nitro, and Carlito.
2. Vince loves to play politics. Partially because he's an egomaniac and partially because he wants to remind his talent who is in charge. If he suspended Edge, I think he would bolt for TNA once his contract would expire. I don't think he would supspend Orton because he is friends with Triple H and he has done far worse in his past history with WWE. Plus, if he did I would not count out Orton also going to TNA once his contract expired as well. Look at Test, he didn't get suspended when he first came back. He got suspended when he and Vince had differences.
3. The backlash would not be that bad for the wrestlers themselves. Wrestlers and steriods have been common for a long time. Kurt Angle really hasn't recieved that much heat from fans and the only media that really gave him crap is ESPN.
I think the feud will go forward. However, I think Vince might get investigated again as more and more names come out. I mean over the last year we've had Khali and Lashley have kidney problems, Test and who ever else they are protecting for now. I think the current policy is a joke.

i wouldnt think so because the documents that are under being looked at ...for orton anyway are from a few months in span in 2004. as far as being suspended from wwe i wouldnt think so....also like angle situation it hasnt said the dates....how many times has he broke his damn neck the guy is a tough son of a ***** no dout one of my favorites...but sometimes you need certain steriods to come back from an injury like that. plus also Edge on roids? they guy has only an average build if anything when he tore his mucles in his chest you would have thought if he was on the juice he would have got bigger during rehab well he didnt so i think again this time instead of "baseball" players they are going after a new victim here professional wrestlers...its no secret....but look what happend the last time this issue came up to the wwe looked bad for a min. then the years to follow became some of the best the business has ever seen so...who knows...to early to tell with the little info we have.

The prescriptions they recieved illegally happened before the "wellness program" was instituted. Therefore, they cannot be punished. However, if they are caught doing this again, that is, getting prescriptions from the internet, they would be suspended. WWE released a statement today that said that internet prescriptions were in violation of the wellness policy.

Steroids have been apart of wrestling for as long as it has been around. Look at Kurt Angel, how big he got and how deep his voice got and no one said anything.
