i live in Michigan and the economy is awful and i hate the winters. i would love to move to Florida, but is just a state that should be traveled to, or is it ok to live in also? i know that there would be things to do, but what about the economy and cost of living?
p.s. i thinkin of moving descently close to the water...

Its an awesome place to live....you got the beaches, warm weather, great people....
as far as economy, it depends on what you do.
the cost of living is not as great as I thought it would be but it is better than where i came from (Boston)! You do get more for your money though. But every city and town is unique and different. There's a huge difference between living on the west coast vs the east coast vs the panhandle...
I'm in Tampa and I love it.

i individually like it i've got been dwelling here my total existence as for the hurricanes, the media makes a super fuss over no longer something each and every season a threatening typhoon not often hits... as nicely everywhere you go there is going to be some sort of organic disaster concern. As for the economic gadget... thats a frightening tale each and every thing is SO costly!

im from alabama...and close to the boarders...florida IS nice...depending on which part you want to vist. most of the cities you see on television are SOO out of line...its rediculous. but, this is my opinion from a girl who has seen most of it...not as a tourist.
BUT...the state parks are beautiful
and A TON of hurricanes...pick where you want to be wisely...

in my opinion i think Florida is not a good place to live in. california is a better place.
