iv had valve stem seals done and then new engine and this one is going the same way has any one had this problem?

i had the valve stem seals done and was still the same so then put another engine in and 1 month later and its started to smoke again only when cold and about 15 seconds after started it smokes. which lead me to belive it was the head

If the bores in the engine are worn it will burn oil. You can do what you like to the valves it will make no difference. Only a complete re-bore and new pistons will solve it.

that means the source is from the bottom part,. definitely worn-out piston rings,.

depending on the color of smoke ...one or more of your injectors might be leaking
