if you're not worried about spending alot of money og around to local salon/spas and see what they offer. If you don't want to spend alot try going to a cosmetology/esthetics school and see if they offer services. They usually do a beautiful job and its cheap. :)

If you can find a beauty school in your area and go there. The prices are VERY cheap for everything including make up.

Before your prom go through books of looks that you like. Then go to a beauty salon of your choice (making sure that makeup is a service b/c some don't have it) then consult with the student about how you want it done and maybe she can give you some good advice.

Make sure that you set up a consultation atleat a week before your prom so that you can do some trial and error test runs so you won't have any problems the day of.

Go to the clinique counter at Belk or some big store in the mall. They will do it for you. Not sure how much it cost but you could either stop by there or call a few days before your prom.

Go to your beauty shop where you get your hair done ... unless you go to one of those strip mall places. My oldest daughter got hers done there while they did her hair as well. On my 3 girls 16th birthday, each had their make up put on by our beautician. They were also allowed to color their hair if they wanted. They videoed my little prom girl while they did her up. I love looking at that to this day. My middle girl, just reminded me of how glad she was I took her to a pro to put on make up, she did the same for her daughter. That was 30 yrs. ago :)

you can get it done at the makeup counters at the mall but most, will require you spend $30-50 in products, or try beauty salons which may charge less!!!
Good Luck!!!
