Yes, I have the same thing except that it's on my stomach and arms.
Just like being a teenager again. I am taking 2-3 quick showers a day (also soothes the aching back) and trying to let my skin 'air out' as much as possible. It's only mildly working, but it is working.

Yet another lovely side effect of pregnancy! Nice to know it isnt just me. When i was on the pill i started getting bad skin and not just on my face. It was impossible to shift! When i came off the pill i was fine and my skin was so clear, it was nice, Now, near the end of my pregnancy i can tell you that my skin has battled and i have realised it is from high hormones.
What has helped me is cleansing twice daily, twice with an exfoliating facial wash each time. Finding good razors that dont irritate the skin helps too. I have had to find a good moisturiser, not too greasy too and apply very sparingly to the problem areas. Also drink lots of water and stay away from chocolate.
If you are suffering too bad i would see your doctor. Perhaps they can give you a cream. Just use an antiseptic healing cream and leave it overnight i suggest in the meantime.
Hope you get better with it soon.
P.s. It was around 27 weeks pregnant when my skin was at its worst, like a hormone peak.

Maybe you are allergic to something?? Have you started using new soap, detergent, etc? My husband had this happen to him and it ended up being our laundry detergent!
If it is just acne I can definately relate! My acne is on my chest though. It's terrible! I have scars it's so bad. I won't have like 2 or 3 zits...I'll literally have 15 at a time. It's so bad I have to wear shirts that come up to my collar bone (no v-cuts or scoop necks for me!)
I think it's just another lovely side affect of pregnancy!!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I know it sounds weird, but I don't think it's acne. It's gross, but I started sprouting a bunch of extra hair everywhere, and I got a bunch of ingrown hairs on my legs. knees, calves especially. I got it really bad on my belly later on. You might see a dermatologist if it's very bad. I used some good facial products, a scrub and a cleanser and it helped.

I also didn't have any skin problems with my son. Now, I 'm pregnant with a girl and my skin is breaking out horribly. It started right away on my chest. Then, after the 1st trimester, it left my chest and went to my face, where it has basically stayed. Hopefully it will go away when the baby is born!

As you know, being pregnant causes all sorts of hormones to kick in. That's probably all it is. Bring it up at your next GYN appt. and the dr. can either assuage you or give you something for it. Don't be alarmed, but this may be the girl you're waiting for. :-)

I'm 11 weeks pregnant with my first, and I've noticed that my chin is breaking out a lot right now. So far, that is it....but it still sucks!
