i already registered it in my county how where do i go to trademark/copyright it.i live i michigan

Seek out a Copyright/Trademark Attorney. There are so many legal technicalities that you may not have the protection you think you have if you don't get a professional to explain your costs and options to you and then follow through on the paperwork.
