Get a bactrian camel, the fleas will prefer their natural host. However rubbing a fleabitten armpit on the camel to transfer the fleas may make the camel faint...

Half a cup of drano, two teaspoons of sugar, a pinch of nutmeg and some rubbing alcohol. Apply liberally to infected area, let set for twenty minutes

A lengthy swim in your local sheep dip should do the trick. Highly recommended. I bathe there every other day and I have no infestations of any type.
