There are two kinds: internal and external.
Internal freedom is the ability to control my own thoughts and ideas, and come to my own conclusions. Some people would say that advertisements, media, and government rob us of this. I disagree, because although those sources bombard us with falsehoods, we retain the ability to recognize that fact, and are therefore still mentally free.
External freedom is the ability to do as we choose without being impeded. However, there is a delicate balance of power involved in this, because that includes the freedom to live in peace and safety, which requires a sacrifice of certain other freedoms. There is no clear and definitive place where the line between freedom and oppression lies because of this balance, so for practical purposes all we can do is come as close as we can to it.

Freedom is the right to choose, unhampered by restriction.
This means, if I have choices A, B, and C. The ability to choose any one or opt not to choose at all should be equal. This means, there cannot be outside influences by either reward or punishment that may force my choice.
For example, if I consider myself to have the freedom to vote. It is implied that there is a voting station, ballet box or other equipment/personnel necessary so I can choose to vote. And my vote does not prompt retaliation or otherwise sway my choice on if I vote, how I vote.
If I have freedom of religion. This implies that I consciously chose my belief (as opposed to being born into one). That I chose my faith without fear of punishment from the governing body, family or friends. My faith, whatever it may be, is tolerated and neither punished nor rewarded.

Freedom is the personal ability to be totally yourself no matter what. It is a belief in yourself that no matter what, you are ok & doing exactly what you need to. Freedom also means allowing others the same.

Freedom is a state of mind. It's that part of you that knows deep down inside, you can say or do whatever you please.
Freedom isn't something that can EVER be taken away. Not by incarceration or other means.

Freedom: being able to fly without the worry, freedom is being able to question and change and feel encouraged to do so.

Liberal- atomic society, equality (and a few theoretics upload countless freedom of decision). What i hit upon the main suitable flaw of liberalism is that for the time of liberal utopia individuals are no longer linked with any bonds, each and every little thing that concerns is "that's good to me, as long because it is not any harm for you we could make a deal". issues like friendship, mercy and morality would not exist in the liberal international. Yeah, what concerns me quite often is morality. no longer something is physically powerful and not something is undesirable to any extent further, it is all as much as all human beings. i think of that liberals do away with society time era.. Conservative- organic and organic society, individuals are no longer equivalent by way of fact properly, they do no longer look to be equivalent. they are raised in any different case, there are distinctive sexes etc. Conservatives prefer to maintain traditions and that they are happy with the way issues are, by way of fact it is the main suitable way, of direction adjustments are inevitable yet adjustments which could be accomplished could be accomplished very intently, there continuously must be succession. I had continuously seen myself liberal even with the undeniable fact that while i began analyzing political thought i spotted such fairly some flaws in its doctrine... i could no longer declare myself conservative nevertheless. i could bypass on and on approximately this even with the undeniable fact that it is probable adequate:) it is complicated to declare everyhing in short by way of fact there are such fairly some theorists of the two doctrines...

To me freedom is what S.Augustine said: "Love and do what you want."
Naturally the true love (total love for everything and everyone), it brings us to a right way to live.
