they say something like pootsas kabilas?
then they take their arm and swing across they chest like they want to strike me. athelfi they say to me too. this means brother?

Well. the words that you would like to find are familiar to a native Greek. So he is saying to you "poutses kavalas ? ". That expression is equivalent to "Do you ride penis" or " Do you get laid" (Sorry i have to be polite)
The word "adelfi" does not mean brother means Sister and by the slang "*****" .

I am certainly glad that those words did not transfer into English as thousands others have. My suggestion to you when you hear them is to ignore the individual who uttered them.
