Mio Digiwalker?

On the page showing a field. I have a black rectangular box in the centre of the screen and two smaller ones on the right.
No response, yet, from their helpdesk. Has anyone any idea why this has happened please?

Take it back and report it as faulty. My friends has one of these and say they're very unreliable. Good luck.

think it's had it return to where you bought it
