yes, but they are often smaller than mutual funds. If you have a specific etf you're looking at go to finance.yahoo.com, type in the ticker, and click profile on the left side of the screen.

SPY, the S&P 500 tracker, for example has an expense ratio of .08%:

Yes they do, but those fees are generally much smaller than similar fees for Mutual funds. Usually 0.5% or less, sometimes as low as 0.1%.
