ragga ragga song?

while i was in barbados last year
they kept playing this song called 'ragga-ragga' i cant remember the group,
can anybody help with this song,and how i could get a hold of it
tried all music download sites and bno joy :(

i think the name of the group that sing Ragga Ragga is Red plastic Bag
