Chain of Love by Clay Walker, especially the end.
I Will Love You by Fisher was declared too sad by the test audience during a sad scene in the romantic movie Message in a Bottle and so the song was dropped.

Holes in the Floor of Heaven- Steve Wariner
Artist/Band: Wariner Steve
Lyrics for Song: Holes in the floor of heaven
Lyrics for Album: Other Songs
One day SHY OF eight years old
Grandma passed away
I was a broken hearted little boy,
blowing out that birthday cake
How I cried when the sky let go
with a cold and lonesome rain
Momma smiled said don't be sad child
Grandma's watchin you today
'Cause there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and her tears are pourin' down
that's how you know she's watchin'
wishin' she could be here now
And sometimes if you're lonely
just remember she can see
there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and she's watchin' over you and me
Seasons come and seasons go
nothin' stays the same
I grew up fell in love
met a girl who took my name
Year by year we made a life
in this sleepy little town
I thought we'd grow old together
Lord I sure do miss her now
But there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and her tears are pourin' down
that's how you know she's watchin'
wishin' she could be here now
and sometimes when I'm lonely
I remember she can see
there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and she's watchin' over you and me
Well my little girl is 23
I walk her down the aisle
it's a shame her mom can't be here now
to see her lovely smile
They throw the rice
I catch her eye
as the rain starts comin' down
she takes my hand says daddy don't be sad 'cause
I know momma's watchin' now
And there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and her tears are pourin down
that's how you know she's watchin'
wishin' she could be here now
and sometimes when I'm lonely
I remember she can see
there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and she's watchin' over you and me
Watchin' over you and me
Watchin' over you and me
Watchin' over you and me

He Stopped Loving Her Today by George Jones - Talk about sad
Written by Bob Braddock and Claude Putman Jr.
He said'
I'll love 'til I die"
She told him
" You'll forget in time"
As the years went slowly by
She still preyed upon his mind
He kept her picture
on his wall
Went half crazy now and then
He still loved her
through it all
Hoping she'd come back again
Kept some letters by his bed
Dated nineteen sixty-two
He had underlined in red
Every single " I love you"
I went to see him just today
Oh I didn't shed no tears
All dressed up to go away
First time I'd seen him smile in years
He stopped loving her today
They layed a wreath upon his door
And soon they'll carry him away
He stopped loving her today
(spoken)
You know
She came by to see him for the last time
Aww 'n' we were all wondering if she would
And it kept running through my mind
"This time he's over her for good"
He stopped loving her today
They placed a wreath upon his door
And soon they'll carry him away
He stopped loving her today

Another personal favorite is Long Black Veil
written by M. J. Wilken & D. Dill and performed by just about about everybody in country or country rock at one time or another
Ten years ago on a cold dark night
Someone was killed
"neath the town hall light
There were few at the scene
But they all did agree
That the slayer who ran
Looked a lot like me
She walks these hills
In a long black veil
She visits my grave
When the night winds wail
Nobody knows , nobody sees
Nobody knows , just me
The judge said
"Son what is your alibi,
If you were somewhere else
Then you won't have to die"
I spoke not a word
though it meant my life
For I had been in the arms
of my best friends wife
She walks these hills
in a long black veil
She visits my grave
when the night winds wail
Nobody knows , Nobody sees
Nobody knows , Just me
Now the scaffold is high
and eternity is near
She stood in the crowd
and shed not a tear
But sometimes at night
when the cold winds blow
In a long black veil
she cries ov'r my bones
She walks these hills
In a long black veil
She visits my grave
When the night winds wail
Nobody knows , nobody sees
Nobody knows , just me

Wildfire. I don't know who the artist is but the song is about a girl who was sick and she owned a horse. And one winter she died and the horse ran away and was lost in a snow storm.

That country song about Sara Beth is scared to death. I don't know who sings it, or if Sara Beth is the name he says, but it's a song about a little girl with cancer. She has to go through Chemo and loses all her hair.
