I Will Love You by Fisher was declared too sad by the test audience during a sad scene in the romantic movie Message in a Bottle and so the song was dropped.

That country song about Sara Beth is scared to death. I don't know who sings it, or if Sara Beth is the name he says, but it's a song about a little girl with cancer. She has to go through Chemo and loses all her hair.
