I don't know if they quit...but the ban sure makes them cut back on the amount. Eventually, they quit.

No, they just go ahead and smoke. The city council in Texarkana banned smoking in all public places a year ago, and they're not supposed to sit directly outside the door and smoke either; they might as well have spoken into a paper bag and sealed the top for all the good it did. It really only annoyed restaurant patrons, mostly.

I don't know of any. When ever we go out their always sneaking off for a smoke.
