Was trying to find out if all 4 seeds have everf made it the mens Final Four??

No. The closest it's ever came to all the #1 seeds making it was in 1993 when 3 of the #1 seeds (Kentucky, Michigan, and North Carolina) made it with #2 Kansas.
In 1997 and 1999, three #1 seeds also made it, with the the last team being a #4 seed.

No they have never had all four number one seeds go to the final four and a number one seed has never lost to a sixteen seed ever.

Nope Never ever has this happened...Thats why they say that going "with the chalk" is a bad idea when filling out your brackets
