No you can't. If you have a hysterectomy (removal of your uterus) you may still have a small amount of bleeding at first until things heal. But this is not menstruation. I had the operation a few years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. No more tampons, pads, Midol, etc.!! The only thing that bothered me was the surgery imposed menapause because they had to take out my ovaries too, but it still beats periods..hands down!

No. The bleeding comes from the shedding or thinning of the uterin wall. Without a uterus, you can't have a menstual cycle.
Some people might think this is a blessing!

No. The uterus is where the blood comes from, the lining is shed when there is no egg implanted. No uterus, no period. If you are bleeding, it has to be for another reason, you should see your doctor.
