First, go to your favorite page by typing in the web address. Once there, in FireFox, go to "tools", then "options", click the "main" tab, and just under "Home Page" click the first tab that says "Use Current Pages". Close FireFox out, now re-open, you should be at the page you selected as your homepage now. :)

On the top of your web page, there should be an option for Tools. Click that, and a drop down menu will appear. Click (should be the last option) internet options. There will be a box with your current homepage URL. Simply put in the URL that you want as your home page, and click Apply at the bottom of this box and you should be all set!

Go to My Yahoo, then click on Tools, Internet Options, and in the top box where it says Home Page Address, click Use Current. Then at the bottom, click Apply and OK, and there's your home page.

All the answers are right on. I learn better when someone shows me how to do something.
I made a video that shows you how to change your home page on both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
