Ensure that all activities are open to each child.
Have skin tone paints available across all the cultures.
Tools ( scissors,paint brushes etc,) should include both left and right handed, brushes to be able to be held by children with poor grip. Ensure all festivals are celebrated Diwali, Easter, Hanuka etc.
Provide clothes in the IPA from all cultures, pots,pans, cutlery from all cultures.

you havent said what sort of practitioner you are. If you are an allied health professional you have to follow the HPC standards on performance, ethics and conduct.
If you have a professional body they should be able to give you guidance on this
