2 Questions:
1: I am going to college next year and there is no way I can afford it in this country. Its at least $25,000 a year for a good college. My friend in England told me it was about 3,000 a year there. I know for me it would cost about 10,000 for being an international student, but it is still a big difference. I might even be able to stay at my friends house so I wouldnt have to pay for rent and even food and other stuff like that. Could I go to College there? How can I? Where can I find information to help me with this?
2: My friend just got accepted into the top art school in London. Thats what I was told by her aunt, so I was wondering if you have an idea of what it could be. To be more specific she does fashion design, I dont know if that helps.

Also would I be able to go to college in Italy. Do you know how much it cost there? England and Italy are the only two countries that I would even think about going to college to besides the US.

If you want to apply to uni in the uk the best way to do it is through UCAS - think someone else said this before. There is another site thats good for finding courses too but cant remember it right now and anyway on UCAS it does all of the application stuff and course searching.

You could get a Stanford loan, or other loan from the US government.

There are other scholarships you can get, depending on your grades, ethnic group, where your parents worked, your religion, etc.

There are a few good books on studying abroad, usually with "study abroad" in the title.

There are a lot of scholarships for good students, some specifically for American students studying in Britain (Bill Clinton got one)

I used to check fastweb, there's also
