I chose the narcissist. They do have little bitty tiney microscopic glimpses of reality and sense of feeling here and there. They won't ever say sorry, ever, but once or twice a year they try to make up for their abuse in some way. Sociopaths have no hope, nor do they care to. They pray on nieeve country girl blondes like me. Not only do they use me, they like to use my whole family. It's hard to dump a sociopath. They don't love you. They don't love anyone, not even themselve's(unlike the narcissist who's whole world revolves around their own pleasure and happiness). If the sociopath realizes they've lost control of your mind and what little self-esteem you have left, if they go away without threatening your life, your lucky. But, on their way out they, make sure that you're little bit of dignity and sanity you have left has been removed, so if they do stalk you, you just think you're "loosing it". They make sure you're so fricon looney and self loathing that they will mess with your head by moving things around in your house and convince you that you did it in your did it in your sleep or have an alter. I actually went to my phsyciatrist and asked him if it was possible that I might have multiple personalltites. He couldn't help but laugh. My friend told me to video tape myself because she knew I was being mentally torchered. She said not to tell him. We busted him. Ofcourse, he told me to take my sleeping pill like a good girl, and I pretended to. I caught him with that too, several times. He counted on me being passed out or that my memorey would be fogged. You have to take sleeping pills when you live with a sociopath. In your subconciuos, you know what they're capable of. They lie about things that they don't even have too. They can do the most horrible things to you with no remorse at all. They can murder, wash their hands and sit down to eat dinner with their family within the same hour. It's usually not a crime of passion. It's caculated and planned out. Only a religous miracle could work on them, but they're not ever going to go to church unless it's all part of their show they are putting on with your family and friends. They do that so when you dump them, they make sure you have no one and nothing safe to hold onto. Not even the house of God. Thank God most parents know their childs heart. If they successfully turn your own blood against you, than just stay with them, go into denial, and stock up on prescritions. The very same prescriptions that will be found in your blood at your autopsy after he poisons you and says it was suicide or accendental overdose. A true sociopath doesn't even love their own children. They will do nice things for the child only in the presence of others and for their make believe world they create. They can be very charming,rich,calm,and obviuosly clever. Now, the narcissist is also usually all of those things as well. They only appreciate(I didn't say love) their child if the child looks and acts like them and they get attention for that. If the child doesn't make a good accessory for their ego, the child will suffer the same abuse you do. If he or she is just like daddy, they often try to get the child to take part in the abuse as the child gets older so they can have a partner in crime. Just as long as someone is crying because of something the narcissist said or did, your narcissist will be happy. These two things tie into borderline personality disorder. I'm sorry if you're involved with one of these three animals. I wouldn't wish that kind of pain on anyone. If you're just asking to ask, that's good because you won't be ignorant to their traits. I wish I had learned about that a long time ago. If you need a refresher, just watch the LifeTime channel. Don't watch it till your paranoid, but enough to see the red flags these people put up. If it seems to good to be true, it probley is.

That's a tough one, but I think, the Narcissist would be less dangerous than a sociopath.

Narcissists are just annoying and irritating because they are stuck on themselves. You can always take them down a peg or two. Sociopaths are just dangerous.
