In fact, the reason why a full time MBA takes two years and most MS or MA programs just take a year is because the first year is meant to bring people up to the level of someone with a BSBA.

No, you can also get an MBA with a BA or a BS. Undergraduate business is not required, but if you haven't studied business most biz schools want you to have some real life work experience.

nope. Any sort of bachelors degree will do. Experience is more important than type of bachelors degree.
